"In the past 6 months I have hired Armando to do a LONG list of items at my house. Exterior work has included: pressure wash and paint new 3-color scheme, refurb and repaint 5 carriage lights and one porch pendant light, repair back patio ceiling drywall, repair enclosure screen, replace screen door hardware, replace two existing flood light fixtures, add a third flood light fixture, install two new back patio ceiling fans, install new front door latch set, install new door bell pushbutton. We are very happy with the work Armando has done for us. . About the only things he doesn't do is stucco and roof repairs. I would highly recommend him for your project."
