He actually knows what he is doing and gets the job done right and timely, never having to worry if he is going to show up! I had a 1,000 square feet wooden deck destroyed by Hurricane Harvey which had to be redone. Only after 4 contractors later and years of delay...the 5th contractor was Joel and he was the only one who really thought things out and knew what he was doing!!
