"Mother Nature has not been kind to roofers this year with all the rain and wind, but Modern Renovations managed to get the job done in spite of the impediments. Everything they said they would do was done in a very professional manner. The work crew was very efficient, professional, and ready to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up the area so well that with the exception of my having a lovely new roof, it appears as if they might not have been here at all. I've seen quite a few roofing jobs recently and this was the only one that covered the shrubs with tarps to minimize the nails in the yard and flower beds. I am very satisfied with both their work and their office customer service and am happy to recommend them to anyone needing to replace their shingles."

"Steve and his company, Mantle Roofing were fabulous to work with. Mantle replaced two asphalt roofs for me. They tore off, repaired, and shingled both in less than two days. The materials were high quality, the cleanup was impeccable, the price was such that I couldn't pass up working with Mantle. Additionally, communication was outstanding.
