"Rebuilt cement chimney outside 2 story house. EXCELLENT workmanship. Clearly know what they are doing in masonry details. Deployed 2 or 4 or 6 workers depending on stage of work. This is a big team...more than just Father and Son :), although one of them is almost always present. Rebuild is "better than new". Carefully explained what they were doing and why. Hard work and worked hard. Project took 5 days with weather and letting things dry. Cleaned up every day. When entering house to check woodstove, automatically removed shoes. Again, professional. Team is multinational and multilingual. Really nice guys. Clearly care about what they are doing. If communication is required during work, just be patient. They do understand, and, again, really care about each other and what they are doing, Any problem, just call office. "Angel" Michele ("no worries") is a great LISTENER (rare these days), Repeats back what she understands and gets best person to call back promptly. Woodstove is critical for us in winter, Temperature and mood. Really can't wait to fire it up in the new chimney."
