"I found Mr. Ramiro by chance, he was working on a house a street down while I was walking my dog. We were selling our house and I anticipated needing roof repairs so I took a quick pic of his work van for future (possible) reference. I called him a week later when we needed roof repairs done and time was of the essence, as it often is when selling a house and having to meet deadlines. He worked with us to squeeze our project in although he was busy with other jobs, so that we would meet our deadline for the inspection report. This was enough to have me a satisfied customer.
