nothing like that, this is a place that is soon
run down,thay used to be Ventura gardens, thay still have signs up ,electric boxes without cover plates wires hang out, outside doors with holes numerous and numerous code violations!too many to TX,rats mice,cockroach''I been here4 10 months and I have seen it.this last rain we had left 3 to 2 inches of water throughout my apartment my neighbors on both sides of me had the same, thay told me every time it rains the bottom apartments get flooded the apartments are approximately 60 years old, thay do nothing to keep in a safe environment for our children and us adults charges 2000
and up I'm here till my yearly lease is up my neighbor has visual mold showing up in her apartment along with pictures of standing water 4" landlord does nothing about it,you can't get maintenance to come by, if they do look out thay are mad because they have to do their job, maintaining things again to much to tx.
