He let you know when he would be arriving and did a walk-through of the areas to be cleaned, assessed what could be cleaned vs what would require painting or something else so you were not surprised or disappointed. I had fencing around my property that wasn't included in the original estimate, but Joel took care of the spots that needed to be cleaned and provided the cleaning as a service. I am very happy with the outcome and the pearly white eaves/gutters, facade, and sparkly windows!"
