"I am so thankful that I found Brodys Services! My toilet wasnt flushing good & little moths were appearing from the drain. I had 2 plumbing companies come and each one had a different opinion and quoted high prices. My third estimate was by Brody. He was a good listener & very polite. He tested my plumbing and found the problem was a cracked pipe under the toilet. He had to jackhammer the floor, fix the pipe and re-cement the floor. He put plastic on the door ad kept the dust contained and cleaned everything when he was done. I was so pleased with his work and affordable prices, I decided to do a remodel of the bathroom. He removed my tub and installed a large shower, new vanity, toilet, and floor. It looks wonderful! He worked according to my schedule, gave me his expert opinion, and cleaned up daily. I am so happy with the results & his price. I would definitely be using his services again!"

"Dave and AJ from Freedom Contracting & Excavating did a great job for a reasonable price. I had an idea for an outdoor griddle setup using natural gas instead of propane tanks. I thought it was a long shot but they were able to make it happen. Very courteous and straight forward. They even went above and beyond by helping me with the natural gas conversion on my griddle. "Plastering to windows and walls nearby was done beautifully on damaged areas from cracked caulking on exterior windows that faced the wind of a high hill. After caulking was done earlier, I went to the internet and found this website for home improvement companies and received a call from the company within a day's time. I then sent photos of the plaster damage and received a PDF of the company's price and description. I hired them immediately and they scheduled my plastering within 5 days! Although the temps were extremely cold, and the repair was in every room I have for my living quarters, it was well worth the scheduling than wait for warmer weather, or do the job in 3 parts, as there were 3 windows, one in each room. The job will be completed in 3 days (have 2 days completed) so I am looking forward to having the areas painted after the plaster dries - the areas look great already and have a final step to undergo, so I am well satisfied that Home Advisor has good people and that Mr. Handyman is my new contractor as I am buying another home (condo this time) that I will be responsible for the repairs to the interior. Thank you for being there when I needed you - I am selling this house to move to the condo too so time is of the essence in locating skilled artists in the many trades that keep a house beautiful!"
