"Santiago and his team did an absolutely amazing job. After power washing the deck it was evident that the deck needed more repairs than we initially thought. Santiago replaced the necessary boards (for a fair additional price), reinforced and stabilized the railing. My deck is almost 30 years old and I was concerned the new boards would not blend with the old. His team did a fabulous job of countersinking the old nail heads, sanding all the boards old and new, sanding all the spindles and deck railing so they all looked brand new and the job was done so well I was able to use a transparent stain to show off the beautiful clear cedar deck instead of a semi-translucent stain or paint which would cover the grain of the wood. In 30 years I have had my deck repaired, power washed and stained many times. Santiago and his team are probably the best group I have ever had for the service they provided. They are polite, nice, professional and communicate issues with you. I would highly recommend them for any deck, power washing or staining jobs."

"I found Score Construction on Home Advisor's website. I was looking for a contractor and needless to say I read reviews for many of the construction firms. Every review I read was terrific for Score Construction and because of that I called, met Janusz Z who is the Owner and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I started with 2 bathrooms that were necessary to do because of water damage. I was thrilled with the work done, the care of how it was done by the workers that were both professional and respectful. A year later a major renovation for my apartment was considered and I called Score Construction. Not only did the renovation to my apartment turn out fabulous and I'm happy every day that I wake up and see how beautiful it is, but they also did major work to the outside of our building - replacing the cornice, roof repair, pointing of bricks, structurally reinforcing all 16 windows which was no easy task for a 100 year old building, but they got it done. "I hired MBE to remove some Mold contaminated sheet rock. After removing the contaminated sheet rock and disinfecting the metal studs, Gilbert reinstalled the new mold resistant drywall and while he was here, he also fixed an outdoor spigot that was leaking for over a year. He really is a jack of all trades! I would highly recommend MBE Environmental for not only Mold remediation but for any home improvement needs you may have. He apparently worked as a plumber for a long time although he is not a licensed plumber he is quite knowledgeable! Thanks, Gilbert!"
