"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. "Absolutely phenomenal experience. I hired Mike for a "second opinion" on my broken down central air unit. I previously had two other HVAC companies give the system a once over and both immediately went into salesperson mode; simply pushing me to replace the entire system. (To be fair, they aren't wrong. It is very old). However, they seemed more interested in pitching an install than actually diagnosing and attempting to repair the current problem. So they gave me the quote printout and moved on to their next job. Mike came out the very next morning. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and super pleasant. Not only that, but he figured out the cause of the problem, replaced the parts, and FIXED THE PROBLEM! He also cleaned out the system and re-mounted one of the thermostats that I had not done properly.
