"Mike has completed two projects for us. The first job Mike did for me was not the remodel project, since we weren't far enough along in the process yet to hire. However, in the pictures they showed me were a couple tile jobs. That inspired mt husband to hire him to finish the tiling of our kitchen counters which I had started three years earlier, then realized I was way over my head! They were able to plan it out and install the tile very professionally! He was very diplomatic about making suggestions of what might be better, instead of telling me I was a crazy lady! :-) We went on to use Mike for a multiple room addition out into our post and beam barn. The addition came out beautifully. Nothing about this was easy! It even required custom- made window sills! During the process, Mike made some good suggestions that I hadn't thought of but liked and went with. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the craftsmanship shows. They made the pegs for the screws in our stairs! Excellent to work with and well worth the money! I can't add pictures to an edit, but have LOTS!"

"My elderly mom needed her bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. She lives in an older single wide trailer. The bathtub was smaller than a standard tub which made finding a replacement shower a challenge. Justin did an amazing job installing a new shower floor pan and the matching shower walls. He also installed a new bathroom vanity countertop with a sink. The bathroom looks so much better and it is also safer with the grab bars that Justin installed. His work is quality and detailed. He is reliable and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done. Plus he is friendly and pleasant to work with."

"I had my kitchen floor tiled this week and am ABSOLUTELY ecstatic how it turned out! Gilbert tile installation are without a doubt professional, efficient and reliable. Mr Gilbert returned my message on this site (while he was on vacation even!); he was considerate of my work schedule and met with me and my husband after 5:30 PM. He worked with us and made us feel listen to and at ease about our project. He told us what products he would use; the costs and what the labor would entail. To our further delight, our invoice was what he said it would be and gratefully no bad surprises! Just so you know, I had two other installers contact me through this app. I supplied pictures and multiple details about what we needed done; with one I waited in vain for a call back over a weekend to schedule a time to come to our home. I can tell you I'm a person who understands how busy professionals are and their time is valuable; but so is mine. They NEVER bothered to contact me further or setup a time to see our kitchen and evaluate what needed tobe done. This could possibly be because it wasn't a big project. I don't know but it's their loss. We've booked Gilbert tile for our dinning room floor install. An incidentally, this is a much larger room and I am looking forward to working with them again!"
