On the day of service, Technician Joe was prompt and friendly. He got right to work on a check of our 20-year old furnace and AC. He clearly explained the results. This included a general OK and a specific part problem. He replaced it quickly. I highly recommend G&R Heating and Cooling! They are coming back in the Spring to check the AC condenser unit."
