After an hour of diagnostics, he identified the problem and fixed it. He came again the next day with new filters and replaced our old ones with marginal additional charge. Staro is a guy who will fix the problem, and not tell you to replace everything like some others. Highly recommended."

He did arrive on time, very clean, masked and gloved and checked out the boiler and verified that the gas valve was not working anymore. He had one in stock on his truck (amazing) and replaced it and within the hour, the boiler was working again. Best part.....no emergency call charge like others.
