  Comment: Hi there, I am looking to have someone pull out the existing carpet, padding, staples and tackles from two bedrooms and closets, and pull out the existing floating floor from the foyer, living room, and hallway and replace it with new vinyl plank flooring. It's about 650 sq ft total. I would also love to have my grates replaced with drop in wood vents and all grates and door sills to match the flooring. I received advice from another contractor that the existing base board and base shoe molding will need to be pulled out from all rooms where floor will be installed because of the way the current flooring is installed. If this is the case, I would also like new base board and base shoe molding primed white in all areas where floor will be installed. Looking forward to hearing from you!
