Mike and his assistant showed up on the scheduled day bright and early and knocked out 7 piers in just over 3 days. The main wall they were working on had all the utilities and the guys didn't disturb a thing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and left the yard in amazingly good shape considering all the big holes they had to dig. "Sil Pavers recently completed extensive paver work in our home. This includes our porch area and pool deck. They turned out beautifully! I interviewed about 10+ paver companies before hiring Sil Pavers. Most of the companies did not respond in a timely manner to our questions or in providing their estimates and none of them really took the time to show real interest in the vision we had for our project. When we called Sil Pavers, we met with Jason, the sales rep, who truly listened to our needs and concerns and offered great ideas and suggestions. His customer service skills are top notch. He promptly provided a detailed quote. Pricing was transparent and more than reasonable. When the work started, the crew was detail-oriented and timely. You can tell immediately that they know what they are doing and that they take a lot of pride in their work. When they were finished, they left the area so clean you could not tell that they had been there. The owner, Silvana, stopped by the work site on a daily basis to make sure there were no issues and was in constant communication with us updating us on the progress of the job and answering any questions we had. The job was completed on schedule despite some bad weather days. The final outcome has exceeded all of our expectations. WOW is all I can say.
