He is very professional, very dependable, very respectful, HAS COMMON SENSE, and not only listens to what you say and want, BUT he actually follows through and remembers it!!! He asks you for feedback in order to do what you want and to make sure he is understanding your desires correctly, which I appreciated very much. His work ethic is fabulous. He actually knows what he is doing and gets the job done right and timely, never having to worry if he is going to show up! I had a 1,000 square feet wooden deck destroyed by Hurricane Harvey which had to be redone. Only after 4 contractors later and years of delay...the 5th contractor was Joel and he was the only one who really thought things out and knew what he was doing!! He had to tear out part of the work guys before him had done, to fix it, and to finish the job. Thank you so much, Joel. You finally calmed my stress over that deck! "This company was terrific. If I could assign 10 stars, I would. Hugo was the best. He communicated in a timely and accurate manner. He was patient with my many questions, and his price was reasonable. He did not try to sell me anything. He was always on time and communicated his ETAs. I had a roof replacement 3 years ago, and ever since then, I have had problems with clogged downspouts due to roof debris. At first, the roofing company came out. That 'fix' lasted a few months. Then, a friend tried to remove some of the stuff. Again, only a band aid. The real test will be the next "toad strangler", but I am convinced everything will drain beautifully. I plan to have Hugo clean my gutters almost on an annual basis. In addition, I am going to hire him to power wash my driveway after IT is repaired. In the spring, I plan to hire him to clean my patio ceiling from the spider & dauber nests."

"Mark is a great guy to work with. He brought his crew in the first day, just one day after choosing his company, and they got straight to work. Most of the work was done by Benjamin and two of his partners. Not a drop of paint was transferred to my floors, even while painting the ceiling, truly magic. Mark gave a great suggestion on color that we are simply thrilled with. Entire job took about 6 days, but it was well worth it. Mark came in on the last day and completed a very good walk through and was ready to remedy any issues I might have had."
