Mark (owner) did a fantastic job so I hired him for two more projects. He laid wood plank in my sunroom and it is stunning! He also replaced wooden spindles in my entryway stairs as well as a strep down from kitchen to family room. He replaced our entryway light as well. The entire look and feel of the entryway and family room/kitchen was transformed in just two days! Mark is fairly priced, very personable and respectful, and I would recommend Lucas Renovate and Repair to anyone looking to finally getting those long desired projects completed!!"

"Mr. Waters did outstanding work. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was professional and a very hard worker. His work looks like the work of a professional contractor. He made and replaced dog ears on our home that had rotten wood and paint peeling off the wood and painted them. He also made, replaced, and painted the door that opens to the crawl space under our house. He also installed a latch to keep it closed. The door was so well made and beautiful. We will be hiring him again for many future projects very soon. His fee was very reasonable."
