"John Esh and his team are fantastic. They built a beautiful deck, with stairs to grade with a gate. We have a walk out basement so the area underneath the deck is covered (10 foot ceiling). John installed Trex Rain Escape which keeps the area under the deck dry even during rains (John coordinated installing a paver patio under the deck). The under deck ceiling also came out great! John was great to work with. The work exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!"

I'd like to bump that room out into the garage but the wall will need some sort of beam to support (it's a supporting wall). Looking for someone to put that beam in, as well as one additional beam to stabilize the room above the garage. Additional framing of the room could be an option too if in budget.
