"I a serious bug problem in my apartment, which led to me having to bag everything up for months until it was rectified. I am a business owner as well as a mother of three. Who has tried to keep up with the mess. I finally got out of hand. I was called by this lovely woman called Suriya; after placing an ad for Maid service. She was extremely warm and compassionate and asked key questions to figure out what it was that I need after giving me suggestions of how to get my apartment to the standards that I need. We scheduled a two day appointment. The person she sent out was amazing. She arrived on time and left on time doing a lot of heavy lifting. I was able to come home after my four day trip to clean and wonderful house. I canâ t give them high enough praise and thank them enough for helping me and my family get back to a better quality of life. I would recommend her company to anyone that crosses my path if they really want to improve their quality of life. I received a deep cleaning along with organizing. I have a three bedroom apartment, whatâ s one of the rooms being a playroom filled to the top with toys and books. She wiped down and organized every piece and helped me to refill all of the laundry that was cleaned and bagged. Her team is amazing and her communication is top-notch. I will definitely be using them more regularly in the future. Iâ m not sure what I did before them but Iâ m glad that I have cleaning Maid Elegant from here on out"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
