"We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. "After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co. Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. "Very impressed by the craftmanship and professional nature of All Brick Design. Our 30 year old house had a 30 year wooden deck that was falling apart and we wanted to replace it with a brick patio. All Brick came out and worked us not only on what was possible, but was able to customize it to fit our needs and our budget. They also urged us to get our chimney's recapped so that we did not have future issues which we decided to do as well. Given how late in the season we had them come out, it seemed likely that our new patio would be built in the spring of 2021, but they were able to fit us in at the end of their 2020 season and we couldn't have been happier with the results. The crew that showed up was not only knowledgeable but very concerned with consulting us on decisions both large and small. They worked full days and were at our house on all days that weather permitted. Every day it was easy to see the progress they were making, and it was clear that they were not just interested in getting the job done, but getting it done correctly. This large job was completed in a week (from tear down to final walk through) and the quality was top notch. We were also impressed that not only our direct line of contact Art was on the site numerous times throughout the job but also that we received a few calls from the owners to ensure that we were happy with how the job was coming together. "I am extremely happy with how my project came out. Kevin Catano came out to look at the job and provide a quote the next day. His pricing was very reasonable and the job was done within the discussed timeline. Kevin and his crew installed new drywall for my 400 square foot family room walls and ceiling (to cover a horrible texture), sanded, mudded, primed, painted, and installed trim. He worked around my timing for electrical and tile work to be done as well and came back after the carpeting was installed to put the baseboard trim. He always answered my calls and texts when I had questions and communicated when him or his crew would arrive be arriving each day. Definitely recommended!"

"We hired Kopke to remodel our two main floor bathrooms, from initial design to finish. The work began in late March 2021 and the final completion date was in late October 2021. We liked being able to design the project with the Kopke designer and select the products from the Kopke showroom. Kopke had an excellent selection of vinyl flooring, bathroom tile, cabinet styles and sink/countertops to choose from. We purchased most of our plumbing fixtures from Ferguson, upon the advice of our Kopke design staff, and were very pleased with the Ferguson folks. My husband did a lot of his own research on ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. and we purchased most of those things from the internet. Our Kopke project manager, Tom Richman, was extremely knowledgeable about all the building process. He stopped by the house almost every day that workers were present. Tom was available for our phone and text questions 24/7, and we had a lot of questions! Even when we were doing something ourselves, he was happy to give us advice on how to do it. The Kopke work including installing a bathtub in an area which previously housed only a small shower. Nick from Triton Plumbing did an excellent job with that â we really appreciated his fine attention to detail and testing the solution to be sure everything worked well. The ceramic tile work on our large master bath shower and the main bathroom tub area turned out spectacularly. The vinyl flooring looks great and is very easy to clean. We receive lots of compliments on our new bathrooms. One tip - if something does not seem right to you in the drawings, be sure to ask about it right away, donâ t be shy. I mistakenly assumed that the sink placement on the drawing was notational â and we had to reorder the countertop sinks later because it wasnâ t what I wanted. It was a stressful situation for me, but I was happy that the Kopke president, Alan Seeley, personally called us and offered us a good solution to the problem. Kopke really stands by their commitment to full customer satisfaction. Another lesson learned â if you want Kopke to stain your wood trim and new doors, make sure that the contract includes those things. We did experience work delays due to labor shortages (electricians, plumbers, installers, etc.) and Kopke sometimes experienced delays just getting the materials needed to complete the work (e.g. it took four months for us to get our special order door, which was the reason our job wasnâ t completely finished until October). In the post-COVID world, with supply and manpower shortages, Kopke did their best to keep us informed when we were waiting for workers or materials. The Kopke office staff was also very helpful when I had questions about the project billing and change orders throughout the project. Ann and Jennifer were especially helpful; they were good listeners and very experienced. I could ask them any question and they gave me great practical advice"

"We hired Mark/MHRAC to completely gut and renovate our whole 2600 sq. ft. house. We took down walls, moved ductwork, and converted two bedrooms into a MBR and a new master bath. We literally changed virtually everything in the house from flooring, to bathrooms, to cabinets. Mark and his team did an amazing job and we are incredibly pleased and happy in our new house. As an example of the quality of his work, we had to add some hardwood flooring in our MBR when we moved a wall. The floor looks perfect. There is no sign that any work was done.
