"After an immediate response to my HA request, I was scheduled for an estimate. The owner came out to assess to scope of work and build the estimate, which I had the next day. Jeff was also very negotiable regarding changes on the original estimate. We hired them for the lengthy project. John and his team were here right on time and left on time everyday and they cleaned up after each days work. Our project involved a 350' foot trench, installation of a street light, powering our driveway gate and adding power to both fountains (the kept the damaged to the yard minimal), AND adding 2 additional lights our our garage....thats just the outside work. Inside they added new or changed existing lights, including adding 2 pendant lights to our stairwell and 6 can lights to our front room. Everything went much smoother than I thought it would. These guys know their stuff. We were stressed for a long time about how we would run power under the concrete driveway and sidewalk and these guys did it in under an hour! They were always polite and friendly, practiced covid19 guidelines and kept us aware of everything they were doing. They were easy to communicate with and managed change orders in a breeze. I trust them with any electrical work I need. I recommend hiring these guys because their pricing is very fair and the staff is superior to other contractors I've worked with. John has returned to our home twice since work was finished, to repair issues that occurred after they left,that didn't have to do with areas they had done work in. Thats what I call EXTREME customer service at the highest level....100%! You won't regret your decision. I would have given 10 stars if I could!"

"Skipper & Sons installed a entryway chandelier in high ceiling 18' tall. They installed a new light and switch in an unfinished closet, and 3 new canned lights and new switch in my master bedroom. They also fixed the wiring in an existing switch in the downstairs hallway. They did professional electrical work."

"We have recently started using Harts for all of our plumbing needs and have been very pleased with the work and professionalism! The guys are all extremely courteous, communicative, and respectful and we trust them to be in our home. Matthew came out to address a smell coming from our sump pump and identified that the lid needed to be replaced. Easy fix. While he was there he checked the pump to ensure it was operating properly and assured me that everything else looked good. He said he would promptly fix the issue and gave me his card in the event I had any further questions. We signed up for their annual maintenance plan and we love being able to call them for any concerns we have, at no charge, and with priority scheduling! We have cancelled our home service warranty now that we have the Harts plan, as they cover plumbing, electrical, and will soon have HVAC services. Yes, I know that their prices might be a tad higher than others (although our jobs have been in line with other quotes) but it pays for their extensive training, warranty, knowledge, and great and responsive customer service. You get what you pay for and we are at the point in our life where we are ready to pay for quality and peace of mind."

"Scott came in to check my diningroom light fixture which had begun blinking on and off and I was worried that it had a short in it. He checked the fixture for the suspected short and found there wasn't one. He replaced the light bulb and left without charging me anything. The fixture with the new lightbulb in it is working just fine now. Thanks to Scott and his wonderful work in checking everything out before coming to the proper conclusion. Love him! He explained what was going on to me. Offered to pick up new items needed to replace one ceiling light and exhaust fan motor. He even installed a new outdoor light fixture that was broken by a painting company who bought the new fixture, but never installed it. Top quality! Very friendly! Enjoyed talking to him. "Basically rebuilding the kitchen. The old kitchen was completly gutted . We had 3 new dedicated lines installed, which were ran from the downstairs garage, to the other side of the house to the upstairs kitchen. Wires were pulled through the old kitchen to the new kitchen. 6 sloped recessed lights were installed in our vaulted ceilings. Under cabinet lighting. New range connectin & all new outlets. Ceiling fan added.Everything was done to code. Jesse & David were both very patient with changes & our concerns. I will hire them again for more work downstairs.
