Comment: Uncovered upstairs shower/ bath cubby has been leaking water and damaged the wall behind it, including 2 load bearing studs that are rotted out, and plywood sheathing that connects to the outside wall. Water made its way behind the wall to the downstairs garage area, but has been contained to the area directly below the leak. Sub floor/ ceiling appears to have sustained water damage and a section under the tub may need to be replaced.
