"Finding an available HVAC contractor in the heat of the summer is difficult, especially on a Saturday, which is when the blower on our 20 year old system went out. I decided to fill out a request through Home Advisor and James called me Saturday evening. He quickly gave me a bid for repair, but due to the age the equipment, we decided to have him quote on replacing the whole thing. He gave us a lot of information and many options to consider but never pressured or rushed us, despite the fact that we were desperate for cool air. He encouraged us to get another quote, which we did, but he could install the same equipment for less money and sooner than anyone else. In less than a week, we had AC again! "After closing on a home in Suncrest but still living in Arizona I had my son who is there going to college stop in and check to see if all was well. He told me the house was cold and only upstairs heaters were working. With the cold weather and fear of freezing pipes I immediately made my way to Utah to figure out what heck was going on. Sure enough the house was cold and the main furnace was not working. I used Home Advisor and read the reviews of several of the companies and picked One Stop. They scheduled a visit within 2 hours of call and actually showed up early which was nice because I knew I had a very short window to figure out what to do. Shawn thoroughly checked out and tested the furnace it was obvious I'd need a new one. I was pretty upset because I had just bought the house and this was clearly missed on the inspection. Shawn calmed me down and gave me the information to make the decision easier. I had only one way it could happen though and that was if they could get the new furnace and install it the NEXT day. I was scheduled to leave for Minnesota for work the day after that. If they couldn't have done it I'm not sure what I would've done because I couldn't leave the house unheated and risk damage. Shawn called and got it cleared and scheduled for yesterday. After the decision to replace it the next day I kept peppering Shawn with questions via texts through the evening and he answered every one, some coming in after 10:00pm. He was very professional and responsive. When the crew showed up the next day (yesterday 1/10/19) they were on time and spent the entire day installing the new furnace. Brand and Tyler were the best! Brand busted his tail getting the old one out and installing the new one. It is a long and cumbersome job. I could go on forever about how well they treated me and how great they were but I'll just say it was the best service I've received in years. When all was done they spent time teaching me the new thermostat programming and cleaned up perfectly. After they left I noticed one of the new ecobee4 thermostats had turned off. Freaking out I called and told them. They turned around at 5:45 at night and came back to my house and fixed it. It wasn't their fault, the previous owner had the wires protruding and made it so the unit wouldn't sit tight. Regardless, they fixed it and my home is now up to date with the latest technology and a very efficient furnace. Thank you so much Shawn, Brand, Tyler, and One Stop. You turned a stressful situation into a good experience."

"When our furnace stopped blowing hot air they were at our house within 30 minutes, even though it was 5:30 pm. Clint called & when I told him we had 2 little grandkids living with us and we needed heat, he called Leo who had just gotten home. Leo came right over; he lives 10 minutes away. The motherboard on our Trane furnace had gone bad after less than 2.5 years & Leo drove to the Trane warehouse the next morning, A warranty issue arose because of the way a different company had installed it, and Clint called Trane to straighten it out. We will definitely be calling Climate Doctor when we need to replace our 20-yr-old air conditioning unit. We felt that they were honest, reasonably priced and knew what they were doing."

"Kyle was a one if the best contractors that I’ve worked with. It was a pleasure to work with him on every level. He was honest, upfront, no surprises & the job was completed as agreed a d then some.
