"We had Master Services install our new furnace , I could not believe what great service this company has given us. Jack was over on time and went into great detail about the old furnace and the new furnace before we ordered. Jared and Tim installed the furnace the next day and were outstanding, updating us as they were putting the furnace in. Jared and Tim covered our floor with long rugs and in the basement as well. It didn't take them long to have the new furnace installed and they cleaned the whole area up before they left. Jack called back after the furnace was installed and said he was coming back in a few days to check on the furnace. What company does that ! This company made us feel like family.
