"I live in Colorado. I was making a visit out to my mother’s home in Memphis. A few days after my arrival she informed me of an issue in her master bathroom. I selected this pro due to the ratings and comments. Upon arrival the technician was in uniform and courteous. I showed the technician the situation he began to explain what the issue was and his resolution to fix it. It meant a lot to me how attentive the technician was regarding the care he took in his job especially when he realized this was my mother’s home who is a senior citizen.
