He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. He let me know upfront what he was going to do and kept me in the loop, showing me the issues and explaining what needed to be done to fix them. He was friendly, got the work done in the time given in the estimate and cleaned up after himself. He even took his boots off before walking on my light colored carpet. I had gotten another estimate from a well known company, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the gentleman who came out for the estimate. He barely looked at what I needed done and then wrote an estimate that was well over twice what Fox Valley quoted. When I called their office to complain, they actually said that I was paying for their ‘name and reputation’. I’m so glad I came back to Home Advisor and found Fox Valley Plumbing.
