Clearly, Mr Lopez does quality work based on his reviews, but when he puts in very poor quality wood, he will not stand behind it. Within 2-3 of installation we had many slats warp and we also notice that the main support rails he was using were warped. When I asked him to replace these, he said, It wasnt like that at the beginning. Do you think I made it to go like that? You think Im mother nature to warp anything? I told him that he was responsible for the product (wood) he installed and it isnt natural for wood to warp like that. He said, then get a metal fence. I dont make the wood. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Mr. Lopez responded to my inquiry promptly (same day), came out for a quote, and did the work within a week. We felt the pricing was fair for the work we requested and looks great. He redid both the front and back yards and planted quite a few trees. We were asked during the work about our preference in planting and trimming. Weâ ll definitely recommend him to others who need landscape work.

I sent him a few photographs of what I had in mind and he provided the most economical design and state within my budget. He was prompt thorough efficient the patio and walkway look beautiful.
