"It was a disaster that was taken care of so easy. Our water heater leaked in our basement with major damage . These guys were very professional and prompt. Called them and arrived within 30 min. Cleaned all the water damage as well as dried the entire area . Checked to make sure everything was dried before the left. They filed with our insurance company for payment. No out of pocket cost. It required cleaning of the hvac system and ducts and Biocide arranged for a sub (Hurricane Air Duct Cleaning) to handle that job. They did a great job and were professional and thorough.
