"Tom (owner) is very honest and professional. He came by the very next day and on time. I knew the problem with my gas furnace and communicated it to him. He went right to verify it and fixed it. No beating around the bush or fixing (or even suggesting to fix) things that are not broken. Above all, very honest and reasonable in his fees. I'd highly recommend him to my friends and anyone needing HVAC service/repairs."

"HVAC Experts was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and home improvement! I was able to get a quote based on some basic information I gave to Alex which was to be verified onsite if I moved forward. I really did like that since I am a very busy person. The price was very competitive but as we all know that is only one component, its all about the quality of the product and installation. I was able to schedule the installation for a day and time that worked for me and on the day of installation my doorbell rang promptly at 8am. I did notice them parked outside early but I did appreciate them waiting to start exactly as promised. The initial crew were very nice and got to work right away then the company labeled van showed up with my new unit. Alex eventually showed up and did a walk through, I really appreciated him taking off his shoes which shows respect and making sure I was comfortable with the process. He also was very patient with the numerous questions I had and I also did a last minute upgrade to a Nest thermostat which he was able to run out and grab for me with no problem! Glad I did that we love the technology is brings. The removal of the old unit and the install of the new unit with this 4 man crew only took 3 hours and at the end the crew completely cleaned the area and Alex did a final walkthrough making sure I understood how to use the new HVAC unit and thermostat. He also tested the heat and cold and took temperature checks to make sure the output was as expected. We settled on the bill and I got an immediate receipt via email with the details. Top to bottom was very impressed with HVAC Experts a newer company but you can tell they have many years of industry experience! I now have a brand new AC unit and it’s working great!!!"

"My husband and I recently installed AC in our San Diego house. If youâ re a longtime local, you know how necessary it is these days. We struggled through the last few years with portable units which we installed in all our bedrooms, but they were bulky and loud. About 2 years ago, we started getting quotes. Every quote was between $12,000-$15,000. It was really shocking to learn how expensive air conditioning is. We were later told by a friend that the high cost is partly due to demand. We decided to save up money for it, and continued asking friends and neighbors for referrals. Finally, we were referred to Ulises Castaneda at Heating and Cooling Aid. This is Ulises' own company, and while heâ s small, heâ s extremely professional. He came out and explained why our house was not a one-size fits all solution, and recommended a mini-split system. We live in a canyon, and our house is not on flat ground all around. And the best part was his price was very competitive. We scheduled the job and over the course of 2 days they installed the system. He took care of the permits, and inspections. It was very easy. They also cleaned everything up well, and it was hard to tell they had been here. The system they installed is manufactured by Daikin, and it is unobtrusive, and very quiet. We are extremely happy with the outcome, our sleep has been fantastic, and we can highly recommend Ulises and his team."

Comment: Hello, I have a forced air hydronic HVAC system. It pumps in hot water from my hot water heater and then blows air past the pipes and through my air ducts. My hot water heater works fine and my blower works fine as well. For some reason, the hot water isn't making it from the hot water heater to the pipes. My best guess is that there might be air in the pipes or maybe the circulation pump is broken. I'm not an expert though. Can anyone repair or replace this unit or guide me to someone who can?
