"This is a long review but after over 10 years of experience with hiring contractors-I have a lot to say about my experience. Today I had the pleasure of hiring Essential Renovations to fix a damaged wall in my home, and I must say, the results were outstanding. The work exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. They took the time to assess the damage thoroughly and discuss the best approach to repair it. Throughout the process, Courtney displayed an impressive level of skill and expertise. The precision and craftsmanship they demonstrated were truly remarkable. I have worked with dozens of designers, contractors, repair workers , and have never seen a person, treat my home better than me, didnâ t think it could be done until today. Not only did they flawlessly restore the damaged wall, but they also managed to enhance its appearance, making it even better than before. See pictures attached! The dedication to their craft was evident at every stage of the project. This solidified that I am going to use Essential Renovations for all of my repairs and remodeling . She were also respectful of my 94 year old home, ensuring that the work area was clean and tidy throughout the project. Iâ ve NEVER until today had no clean up after a repair. I even watched Courtney CLEAN up other dirty spots and fingerprints left by the plumber that was in beforehand. Showing a true dedication to making sure when she leaves a job it meets her expectations. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional job done by Essential Renovations . Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence truly set them apart. If you are in need of any home repairs or renovations, I wholeheartedly recommend hiring this company. "In the 22 years of being a home owner we have employed many contractors for a variety of jobs, Garcia Construction has been by far the most professional, clean, courteous and helpful that weâ ve worked with. Our initial need was for a full bathroom remodel and Mr. Garcia was the first to respond to our request. From our first meeting, he presented options and made himself available to answer any questions we had even before being contracted to perform the remodel. Once we notified Mr. Garcia that we were selecting him to do the demolition and reconstruction, he volunteered to join us in selecting the materials and helped in the redesign. His input was invaluable. Throughout the project, he and his team arrived everyday for two weeks on time and remained until the evening being sure to clean the area as much as possible each night. We have also spoken about updates we intend for south jersey properties and he thankfully consented to travel and stay in the home to complete the remodel. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project.
