"Travis was very knowledgeable, thorough, and neat! He explained the air duct cleaning process and discovered one of my air ducts in my living room floor had never been attached! This was a huge revelation as I have had a/c and heat leaking into my garage for years and years! He also discovered mold spores on two vent registers in my living room and explained what could and should be done to stop the mold! He was prepared to take care of it right then so knowing how serious mold is, I immediately agreed to the treatment Which involved a Botanical Disinfectant solution. He also told me the coils were dirty. I have a regular HVAC servicing contract but that company has never checked nor cleaned the coils! Again he was very thorough and I challenged him with my major lint dryer issue!! I tried to clean it on my own but after 20 years of neglect - I really jammed up the lint in the pipe! He persevered and unblocked the lint. Yes I would definitely hire him again to clean my air ducts and dryer vent! Past air duct cleaners have NEVER ever conducted such a thorough cleaning of each individual vent (qty 20) and 3 return vents! He also was willing to negotiate the price too! Provided an estimate for service - rebuild from roof flashing up, repointing masonry, repairing mortar joints by replacing anything that’s deteriorated with new mortar. replaced the chimney crown and created a drip edge, installed stainless steel chimney pipe, cleaned and inspected the chimney, spot replaced spalling bricks on the chimney, power washed and sealed/waterproofed the chimney. Cleaned up work area thoroughly and provided photographs of chimney repair work before and after. Throughout the process, Chuck kept me informed daily on the progress and any issues he had found.
