"My Samsung Refrigerator Ice maker had been frozen for over 2 years. I decided it was time to have it fixed. I was able to book my appointment with Elshan, he was very prompt and analyzed my problem, yes my ice maker was frozen rock solid. He was not able to defrost my ice maker the same day due to the thick solid block of ice, he advised me that I would have to leave the refrigerator door open in order for the ice to melt quicker. He show me how to pull the front of the ice maker off and if I was able to freely remove it then the ice would have melted. He would return the next day to finish servicing my ice maker. I had an appointment the next morning so he said he would come back Saturday. I texted him early Friday morning and took pictures of my ice maker cover removed and the solid block of ice I was able to remove with no effort applied. He said that he had an extremely heavy schedule and would make it if he could to finish servicing my ice maker, I thanked him. At 2 PM Friday he texted me and told me he could be at my residence in 10 minutes, I was a happy camper. Bottom line he came as promised and serviced my ice maker no parts were needed he just cleaned and reset the temp on my refrigerator. My ice maker performs like new again. Elshan gets a 5 star from me for his professionalism, customer service and knowledge of his trade. Fantastic job well done. Thank you so much!"
