"I am incredibly impressed with Hearth & Stone. When I first called for a quote, Luke, the owner, returned my call immediately. He was extremely courteous, professional, and thorough when answering my questions. He encouraged me to get other quotes, which I did. After scheduling an appointment, Luke text me 45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm he was on his way and then arrived exactly on time. He and his co-worker, Justin, were incredibly professional and thorough. They spent 2- 1/2 hrs cleaning and servicing the fireplace & wood stove, painted the grate, replaced a broken handle, and reset the damper. The wood stove looks new and my fireplace looks better than when I moved in. They were so mindful of keeping everything in the area clean. They're also incredibly nice with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend them!!"
