"I called Heritage because I am a new homeowner and my central A/C was blowing lukewarm air. I've seen the ads on TV for Heritage and online reviews looked good. I don't know any handymen, and I wanted someone I could trust. The Heritage rep was friendly and professional on the phone, and had a tech out to me in an hour. The tech called to let me know when he would be arriving, and he was on time. The tech, Mark, was friendly and professional, and knew his stuff. He explained things to me in an easy-to-understand fashion, and he presented me with all my repair options and the associated cost so I could make an informed decision. He was never pushy at all. He showed me exactly where the problems were, and explained what it would take to fix them. He had all the supplies he needed in his truck. He always put on shoe coverings before entering my home, so my carpets stayed clean. In the end, I decided it would be more cost effective to purchase a new central air conditioning unit, and Mark was able to quickly coordinate with the office to have a tech come out same day to discuss my options with me. The tasks included: bathroom fan power rewiring, adding an outlet to our master bathroom, adding GFI outlets to the outside, and replacing dangerous and old florescent lights in our basement with LED equivalents.
