"I really liked the technician William who came out to my home to fix my sparking outlet. He fixed the problem quickly and then inspected a few more issues I had. He explained the details of installing a portable generator interlock and receptacle, and we scheduled that for when it arrives! William was very pleasant and the price I received was good! "After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. Anyway I scheduled a 10 am appointment for Friday November 28, 2008 and they were very prompt. The techinitian expalined the issue and my heat was up and running within the hour. Very impressed with their service and professionalism. I am now signed up for annual check up for my HVAC system and would not hesitate to recommend them to others."

"Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."

"Justin was great. After being told by several handymen and electricians that they were booked straight through December, I was able to get an appointment with Justin to come before Thanksgiving. I had a beautiful chandelier that I purchased from Overstock.com and we were very excited to see it up, ...but unfortunately I was missing one piece that the manufacture didn't include ( the bridge ) to hang it property. Justin ran out to purchase the part ( this was after 8pm ) and then went out AGAIN to purchase a tray needed to fill an ugly gap that was in the ceiling due the base from the original light fixture being wider. He made two trip to Home Depot ( the only store open at that hour on a Sunday ) just to finish the job for us. He did a beautiful job handing it and it looks great! We were very happy and appreciated his effort for all the running around he did to get it done that evening! Thax Justin! Darla & Ashfaq Malik in Macungie!"
