Patrick and Ilir arrived on time, were courteous and professional and got the system replaced in few hours. They took their time to explain and shared information on maintenance as well. Their price was fair and work was neat and left no mess. We also discussed a lot of valuable information and options for HVAC systems, including qualified rebates (as that is our next project). "Frank (the owner) was absolutely terrific in solving and correcting the problems I had with my oil fired boiler. I hired Frank to come and perform a season tuneup. Frank showed up (very professional) looked at the heater, broke it down and brought it back to life. While doing this Frank discovered and consulted with me a few dangers that I was not aware of. One major one was the burner liner in my heater was gone and seals around the burner gone which could of hurt my family and I. Frank did not up sell me one bit left it up to me to make the decision, good guy and my new burner mechanic."

"After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. Anyway I scheduled a 10 am appointment for Friday November 28, 2008 and they were very prompt. The techinitian expalined the issue and my heat was up and running within the hour. "Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. "Called Middletown HVAC for routine heater bleed when the company I normally use was unable to come out. I have a newborn baby in the house and was concerned about him being cold. Technician came out and found during our inspection that our boiler was not only not functioning properly but was unsafe for use due to water rot. We were floored as the previous company mentioned NOTHING years before. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get things replaced in a quick and efficient manner. They came back and took care of it within a matter of two days. Needless to say, I will no longer be calling the old company and I will only be calling Middletown. Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely recommend to family and friends."
