"WOW! From my very first phone conversation with Jordan I knew this would be the company we would be hiring. OBS was our third estimate out of 3. Jordan explained in detail everything that needed to be done in waterproofing the basement at my parents home in Ohio. I had just returned home to Arizona, after moving my parents to a retirement home and selling their house, in contract. The buyers backed out after inspection revealed past water issues in the basement. Jordon was always quick to return my texts or calls. He never made me feel stupid. Eased all stress I had. Honestly felt that he and the company cared about us and were willing to work with us, allowing me to come back and do the prep work before they started. Another vendor had wanted to replace my entire heater when that was not the problem. I hired Plumb Tite again to repair a toilet that wouldn't shut off when refilling.
