My 85 year old mother will be living in our home within the next 3 months. I wanted a safe clean shower for her. West Shore was not the least expensive. However, the quality of the materials and warranty sold me on West Shore. After completion, we contracted with West Shore to replace and enlarge the shower in our master bathroom. Quality work and both two person crews went above and beyond. The crew for the first job was Devin and Brett."

As far as price is concerned, because the problems grew, the service e tech did manage to discount the second phase of the project. He did not leave the day of service until he was sure I was safe in my home until the remaining part arrived and was installed."
