"Esteban did a great job. He made some recommendations based on our needs. He took out most of the old cast iron pipe that was corroded and replaced with ABS black plastic. He also installed a valve, so we could use the wash machine water to water the backyard trees and plants. A goal was to minimize damage to the exterior stucco, and he used drills instead of hammers to go through. He listened to our questions and made some recommendations to avoid leaks. I hired him to do some additional work the last plumber did wrong, and he did it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Esteban Plumbing."

"Agree with Eric P., they do things the right way and kept their word, got the job done even when it turned out that the original plumbing had been installed incorrectly years ago -- that is in a common wall in a town-home so they couldn't cut it open to re-pipe but got the job done as best possible under the circumstances. My drain is clear and running better than ever -- I wish the HOA plumber who came out was a fraction as honest and professional. I will use them for all future jobs in my home big and small and wish they were in charge of the common areas as well. Clearly they can handle industrial jobs as well, they have all the equipment and know-how but took very good care of me with my relatively small job. This is an independent company that will give you much better personalized and honest service than a big company with many plumbers under pressure to up the customer bill. If they can do a good job the most-cost efficient way they will do that after discussing the options and costs, no sudden up-charges after they started the work in my experience.
