"Josh from pooldrs was amazing to work with. I am a property manager of some commercial properties and I was in a major bind. Josh was able to have someone out to my location same day to evaluate the needs of our non working hottub. Pooldrs tech were courteous to my residents of the said location and were able to fix the problem. We needed a new pump, this was installed very next day. Every step of the way Josh kept me in the loop of what was going on. When they said they would be there they were there!! Next we had a jobsite meeting with my designer, my supervisor, and the owner showed up. He was not what I expected !
