Green Land Co.

I hired Green Land after meeting with almost a dozen landscape contractors. Jay met with us and went over our plans. Unprompted, he also showed us 4-5 different recent jobs that he had completed. Each of the owners greeted us and encouraged us to look no further. We are happy we ended up choosing Green Land. Theyve done a lot of houses in the La Costa area of Carlsbad and some in Del Mar. Really high end work. PROS: Workmanship. Attention to detail. Our pool was built in 2016 and we have had ZERO issues. Overall design was amazing. It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too.

Jay at Greenland was one of few pool contractors who could design and build pool/spa but also have vision to incorporate entire site plan, extra components like bar/BBQ/outdoor spaces, and all landscaping. Most day to day work done by his own employees so not a lot of subcontractors to deal with. All workers are courteous, clean, and respectful and put in full dayà ¢à  à  s work. Overall Jayà ¢à  à  s eye for design and quality set him apart. His experience also is so valuable - there is not an aspect of a job that he doesnà ¢à  à  t have expertise of and knows where to send you to find each component. We love our new house!

Honest and excellent work

Jay?Greenland has done multiple projects on our properties over 15+ years and has consistently exceeded our expectations. Greenland has installed pools, spools, water- features, hot tubs, pavers, retaining walls, canary palms, flower beds and pots, irrigation and drainage systems, etc. effectively many varying combinations of hardscape and softscape in landscape jargon. We highly recommend this business!
