I found a seeping leak in my grass shortly after turning on the sprinkler system for the year. Turns out it was the water main line. After digging for 3 hours i determined I needed professional help. I logged on to Angi's and decided to send my information to 2 of the 4 service providers. Within 30 minutes, Idaho Plumbing Services called and within the hour had a person at my house to review the problem and bid the replacement of the 50 year old galvanized pipe main line from the water meter to the house. As promised, they had the new line installed and water on by the following afternoon. Work was completed as after the new line was inspected by the city. Communication about the progress of the project was excellent No surprises. Highly recommend.

My kitchen faucet began leaking every time I turned it on. Water damage to the wood cabinet under the sink threatened, so I needed it replaced promptly. A call to Idaho Plumbing Services early on a Monday resulted in them arranging to have someone come that very day. The work was prompt, professional and clean. I love my new kitchen faucet! We are very pleased with Idaho Plumbing Services and would use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

I tried to get an estimated cost and when the dispatcher called me he said he would have the tech inform me of an estimate before he did the job. That never happened. I was charged almost twice what I expected. The service and quality of the job was excellent, I was just very surprised with the cost. Especially when I voiced my concern about not paying over $100 for a blockage.

Curt, James, and Junior were all professional, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable when they came to help me install a new water heater. Being a new homeowner, I was worried having to get a new water heater so soon, but they helped me understand what was happening, worked with me on the cost and breaking down each cost factor, and they helped me understand my options regarding moisture/mold potential.
