The owner himself showed up for the estimate, gave a straight-forward assessment of the project, promptly followed up with an itemized written estimate, and answered all of my questions. Out of the 7 or 8 times I called them, I never reached an answering service, and if I had to leave a voicemail, I got a call right back from them- including once on a Sunday night.
