"Jack is amazing! He is the nicest guy and conducts business in an old-fashioned way....face to face. He picked up my chair the day after we spoke. Then, returned it two days later, all fixed up! We stood in my home and visited for 20 minutes about life!! Wow!! Who takes the time to do that anymore? His work is quality and he explained how the repair was done. I will be calling him again for another project that I have been hanging on to because I didn't know who to call."
