Comment: The project is a kitchen and family room that are/would be the same color. The kitchen has a Paladin window and one pantry door (which doesn't need painting, but the frame does) The family room has 2 windows, no doors, and one accent wall, so a total of two colors in this room. The walls in both rooms have a handful of nail pops. One wall has patching from a previous sound bar that may need a professional touch up. The accent wall has an in-wall fireplace that I can see the dry wall tape seam around it in places. The trim and baseboards are in decent shape except for some over paint in a few places from homeowner painting approx 12 years ago. The family room is 14' x 19', but opens to the kitchen so only has three walls. I don't know how to evaluate the kitchen since most of it's real spaces aren't printable, the ceilings are 9'. Willing to remove all all face plates and furniture from the family room and the 3 island chairs from the kitchen ourselves but would need help with the tv due to us being too short Interested in a pro who can prep the walls right, crisp up the lines and get an even application
