"The technician did a fine job installing the new replacement glass window and even extra work to my satisfaction, to screw in place little wooden pieces to keep the window securely shut to prevent any attempt at burglary. He was fast and courteous and cleaned up the debris also. The office was efficient and the price was reasonable."

"Connor had a few various projects to do for me, i.e. moving heavy and very fragile furniture pieces from one floor to another, basic landscaping tasks, basic plumbing task replacing a sink with another one, repairing a door etc. He did not count the hours he and his partner did put in until the projects were all properly accomplished. "Contacted this company for soffit repair. Made an appointment for them to come by the same day to quote an estimate. Very pleasant introduction with business card upon arrival. Respectfully wearing face mask upon entering my home. Thank you! They came to give me an estimate and spent 20 minutes repairing the soffit at no charge. They took the time to quote a price for replacement should that be necessary in the future. Very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely call them in the future for home improvement needs."

"This company is great! They did an amazing job repairing and repainting my front porch. I followed up with hiring them to do additional tasks including, roofing, vinyl siding repair, storm door installation, fence repair and hedge stump removal. "Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our window, siding, door and steps project. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, the company owner, Bill Chase, took the time to understand what was important to us. He gave us options, not only based on price but also on performance, durability and aesthetics. We appreciated his very sound advice and did not feel pressured to sign a fast contract. In fact, he recommended that we have at least 3 estimates. Bill is a man of integrity. The work crew was skilled, polite and efficient. The Project Manager checked in every day to make sure the work was moving along and that we were happy. And after the project, The Project Manager was very responsive to our calls about anything that needed to be tweaked or adjusted. We also asked for some additional work that was not listed in the main project quote and he provided us with a quote followed by timely installation. "Brian Terry repaired a double pane window that had accumulated moisture inside the window. When he came back to install the repaired window my wife noticed a fly imbedded inside the window. Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. "Reve Exteriors provided an excellent roofing experience from start to finish. Sales Representative Nicole Lyle was thorough, friendly, dedicated, and skilled in her work. Nicole helped us to understand our re-roofing needs and our options, and she assisted us in deciding the best mix of materials to get the style and kind of roof we wanted. We decided to replace our old roof with 3/4 inch plywood boards covered by Tiger Paw Deck Protection, and then covered by GAF Timberline American Harvest Lifetime Shingles in Saddlewood Ranch tone, with Stain Guard Algae Discoloration Protection. In addition, a complete drip edge was installed along the whole perimeter of roof lines. We also arranged for installation of valley metal, new flashing around the chimney and skylights, and Weather Watch mineral surface leak barrier on valleys, around skylights, chimneys, and all penetrations, and Pro Start starter strip along the perimeter of the roof lines. Finally, we arranged for installation of cap ridges and hips with Ridglass Cap Shingles, as well as a new Ridge Vent system to promote attic air circulation. The initial meeting with Nicole was on 12/10/16. We met with three other companies, and this helped us to determine that Reve would be best for us and our home. We finalized and signed the contract with Nicole on 12/23/16. All roofing materials were delivered on 1/4/17 by a careful and hard-working crew lead by Sean. Work began on Sat. 1/7/17 and is being completed today, Tuesday 1/10/17. Juan Diaz Alvarez, the Project Foreman, and his co-workers Benito, Jose, Cesar, , Jonathan, Eric, and Miguel are friendly, professional, focused, determined, and very hard-working. They persist with great energy and effort, even in the face of cold early January weather and intermittent rain on several days. You could tell that they enjoy their work, and that they work well together. The new roof looks wonderful, and, with proper care, should last for many years. Reve has the right formula, the right materials, and the right people for doing a great job building a superior roof and roofing system, on time, and within a fair budget. We love our new roof, and our experiences with all Reve employees! Thank you so much! Yours, Dan and Rebecca"

"Victor replaced and repaired my rotted outdoor window sills. Victor worked so hard to repair and replace my sills and did a GREAT job in building the needed sills. Victor did whatever was needed to insure the job was done correctly. He was focused on the job. Victor is excellent at whatever he does and did a neat and clean job. "I hired Ken of KDS Development for the gut renovation of a duplex: New plaster walls and ceilings, new electricity, new plumbing and heating; replacement of a kitchen, a bathroom and a half-bath; a significant portion of the floor plan was changed with several walls shifted to create new rooms; one external entrance door, stairway and window were relocated. This was a big job that lasted several months. Ken himself did the carpentry, joinery, concrete, and was master contractor for the other specialties. Overall, he did a very good job for a reasonable price. The customer (me) was happy, and I would hire him again."

"We had a full French Drain System installed. We would highly recommend DRYCRETE WATERPROOFING. We consulted with other companies and were not happy with their prices and the way they pressured us to make a decision. Thank God, a family member recommended DRYCRETE. Best suggestion ever! The owner Jason is an excellent business person, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He has his schedule down pat and frequently updated us as the work progressed. He was so willing to explain the how's and whys for what the job entailed. He also explained the pump monitoring system and helped us install the app for our phones and computer, and got us online and monitoring our system in minutes. Jason was just a pleasure to deal with. Trustworthy and dedicated to delivering what he promised, and his crew are just as wonderful....hard working, self-directed, no nonsense type of workers. Their aim was to do a job well done and efficiently and they sure succeeded! They even did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion. High marks for all! "Tremendous job. Brian was prompt, friendly, ant thorough. I needed my 6-foot high fence fixed or replaced. I called a couple of places who said it couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced (at 8 times the cost). Brian was able to fix it at a fraction of the cost by replacing the posts that were worn out, and building a new foundation within which the posts were inserted. It looks great. Brian was in constant communication with us, came when he said, and stayed all day to get it done. I could see what he was doing was not easy and had to be exhausting. We would definitely hire Rydica Home Solutions again."
