"Justin is the only Honest drain cleaner out there. Justin charged me $125 to clear my drain going to septic and $25 more to pull toilet. All other companies estimate $225 -$450. Trust me I research all reviews and prices. I have a couple rental properties and will get called Justin back everytime. I gave him an extra $10 because we need more honest hard workers in this world like him."

"Our septic system had backed up on a Saturday night, and Ed (the owner of the RI franchise) responded to my service request immediately. Once on site, Paul Carreiro (Ed's employee) discussed options -- both long term and short term-- and the relatively urgency for each one. Paul is exceptionally knowledgeable about septic systems. He showed me things on the camera, and explained them fully. He never "talked down" to me or pressured me into doing work that can wait for 6-12 months, or longer. These guys know their stuff, and they go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction!"
