So talented and the nicest people I've ever done business with. They worked almost 10 hour days for two months and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend them."

"Had a great experience after another handyman flaked on me. Very responsive and respectful of my property, I was recovering from surgery and was made to feel comfortable with my limited mobility. Fixed several issues around my house including a managed over the range microwave, bookshelf, toilet, and hanging/repairing drywall. Outdoors included a backyard spruce and furniture repair. All he needed were pictures of what was damaged and came prepared to fix everything, worked quickly and efficiently while explaining the work he was doing (I asked!), and was reasonably priced. Very highly recommend and is the only person I plan to call for future needs."

"We had a first-class experience with JPF Architects! Justin is a consummate professional who carefully listened to the vision we had for our project, was consultative, patient and offered insights through each step of the process. We wanted to build an addition to our property and had both a specific design in mind and strict HOA requirements within the development we reside in we needed to adhere to. We really appreciated how thoughtful Justin was and he's an incredibly talented, creative architect who knows how to bring a customer's vision to life. We highly recommend working with JPF Architect's for any architectural needs!!"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
