Had delays that were beyond Jim's control; rainy and cold weather, shingles had to be ordered and shipped, but when the conditions were favorable, he was working deligently. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it.
