"Wonderful service. I was called back within minutes - on a Saturday - to set up an appointment for the next Monday. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He pre-treated the carpet which had a combination of food, soda, construction dirt and gravel, and general dirt. Then he used the steam cleaner to clean all of the carpet. The entire house was suddenly transformed to look like it did 12 years ago when the carpet was first installed. This was the third time I had used Carpet Luster, and would recommend them for their outstanding service. I am a very satisfied customer."
